Park Innovation Partners was born from a simple idea: that great expertise, genuine curiosity, and a love for beautiful things can become a real business.
We didn't start with a business plan. We started with years spent inside some of the world's largest financial institutions, building AI programs that actually work — then asked what else we could bring into the world with that same standard of care.
The digital shop grew from tools we built for ourselves. The rental properties grew from a belief that good design and honest management matter. The consulting practice grew from knowing that most companies need a real partner, not just another vendor.
